In 2014, I found meditation, and by 2019, I became a certified Yoga Instructor. These practices grounded me and helped me navigate the craziness of corporate life while still growing in my career.
Then, Covid hit in 2020 and like for so many others, everything flipped upside down - right after I became a mom. Anxiety, burnout, and eventually depression set in.
That’s when my healing journey started. I couldn’t change the system, but I could change how I navigated it. I learned how to honor my health, set boundaries, and lead in a way that worked for me.
It took time, but I came out the other side stronger, more hopeful, and ready to share what helped me with other women.
As I completed my Women’s Health & Empowerment Training, the idea for Leading Her Way came to life.
I want to share the tools and practices that helped me heal, thrive, and feel more in control.
Leading Her Way is about more than just your career - it’s about creating a community where women can elevate every part of their lives by leaning into their feminine strengths. It’s about making sure the next generation has better opportunities to succeed in their careers while still feeling great.
