I created Leading Her Way because I was tired of seeing ambitious women expected to perform at the same level every day - while our biology tells a completely different story.

After years in the corporate world, I realised success shouldn’t come at the expense of our wellbeing. Yet there was no place that combined science-backed education with practical tools designed specifically for women.

That’s why I built LHW - a media and app platform helping ambitious women understand their energy, work with their biology and build careers that feel both successful and sustainable.
